All returned air purifiers and filters must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.

Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to ensure your air purification system is tracked throughout the return journey.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the product in its original box with all included manuals and power cables to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
